Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, flaxseed, and salt in a bowl.

  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

A little heart-health note ♡

Oats and flaxseed contribute fiber, while peanut butter provides unsaturated fats. Enjoy as a portioned sweet treat.
