Why These Tacos Are Heart-Healthy

Sweet potatoes and black beans provide dietary fiber, including soluble fiber that can support healthy cholesterol levels. Olive oil and avocado contribute heart-friendly unsaturated fats.

This meal is also naturally free of cholesterol-containing animal ingredients and can be kept low in saturated fat.

For a lower-sodium option, choose no-salt-added black beans and rinse them thoroughly.

Happy Heart Kitchen Tip ♡

Make extra roasted sweet potatoes and black beans! They’re delicious the next day in a grain bowl, salad, or wrap.

Healthy eating should be simple, satisfying, and full of flavor.
